Who Am I?
My fitness journey started just under 10 years ago after I had my daughter.
Prior to this I hated all things exercise, always trying to skip P.E at school, didn’t take part in any regular exercise, I just thought it was because I wasn’t ‘sporty’. Id spent years yo-yo dieting, eating really well throughout the week but binging at weekends & ‘starting a fresh on Monday’. Having a child really changed this for me, I was fed up hating the way I looked yet not doing the right things to get me where I wanted to be. I took part in regular fitness classes & caught the bug for exercise, but I had no guidance on nutrition.
I found an online coach through instagram who provided workout plans AND nutritional guidance! This was an absolute game changer for me, during my time coaching I had a complete mindset shift & no longer restricted myself or had food guilt, I fuelled my body correctly & reaped the benefits!
I loved my time coaching so much I decided this was something I would love to do as my career, id love to help women like me to change their mindset on healthy eating & exercise and make it a lifestyle change and not just a diet!
I am now a fully qualified gym instructor, personal trainer & nutrition coach! Currently doing a course in strength & conditioning and I am loving extending my knowledge in something I am so passionate about.
