GET STARTED- BEGINNER GUIDE

If you have little to no experience in the gym, then this is the guide for you.

It is also suitable if you have had a break from the gym and want to get back on track.

The main goal with this programme is to build overall strength and get started with your training! During the first 4 weeks, you will be doing a mix of machine and free weight exercises, For the last 4 weeks, the workouts have been changed up and you will be challenged slightly more with more advanced exercises.

This programme is split up into 3 workouts a week: one lower body, one pull day (back and biceps) & one push day (chest, shoulders and triceps)If you have little to no experience in the gym, then this is the guide for you.
